For more than thirty years, we have met men and women that made us discover the various botanical varieties of peppers and unknown spices, like Talauma, wild pepper from Vietnam.
They taught us how to recognize the superior quality of each one of them, from vanilla to cardamom, curcuma and cumin.
They passed along their wisdom, taught us balance and explained their connections to others.
They dazzle us with their humility, their greatness, their beauty and their kindness. Most of our producers are in India (about 130 small farms), in Cambodia and in Madagascar.
To buy our spices, we respect the minimum price established by the FLO (Fair Trade Labeling Organization) to help the producers to better develop their business. Most of our spices come from organic agriculture; they are never ionized to preserve all of their active principles.
