Stories, adventures and dreams
A passion for adventure, for travel, and for people: this is why I became a chef. I became a chef because I am from Cancale; a region in which we are raised in the wake of great captains who have returned from all the ends of the world, in which we have been nurtured by the epic tales of the high seas, and in the company of the fairies that are said to have sprung from the bay. I became a chef because I love houses that are full of life, of wafting smells, of good friends. I yearn to taste the wind.
